Frank Warren's Sports Network and BBC Radio Five Live have announced the most significant boxing output deal for radio ever signed in the UK.
The deal covers an 18-month period and will feature a minimum of 10 Sports Network promotions.
These will feature World Champions such as Joe Calzaghe, Ricky Hatton and Scott Harrison.
The first of these promotions will be broadcast live on Saturday 5 April, from the MEN Manchester Arena where Ricky Hatton will be defending his world title against Vince Phillips.
Frank Warren has described this as Hatton's toughest fight yet.
"I am delighted to have concluded this deal because Five Live provides the best radio sports commentary in the world," said Warren.
Mike Lewis, BBC Head of Boxing Strategy, said the deal would help the corporation provide comprehensive coverage of the sport.
