Tyson sued for divorce
Former world heavyweight champion Mike Tyson
Tyson was previously married to actress Robin Givens
Mike Tyson's second wife has filed for divorce, accusing the former heavyweight boxing champion of adultery.

According to the filing, the former world champion has agreed to give Monica Tyson custody of their two children - five-year-old Rayna and four-year-old Amir.

She will also seek an unspecified "reasonable sum" according to divorce papers, as well as equal distribution of the marital property.

"The defendant committed adultery during the marriage, and such adultery has neither been forgiven nor condoned by the plaintiff," the filing said.

Monica Tyson is a second-year resident in pediatrics at Georgetown University Medical Center.

The couple met while the boxer was serving a rape sentence in an Indiana prison.

They were married in April 1997, in Bethesda, where Monica Tyson lives with her two children.
