Mary Cullen aims to make up for her showing in the European Championships
Ireland's European indoor bronze medallist Mary Cullen will compete in Saturday's Antrim IAAF Cross Country International at Greenmount.
Also featuring in the women's 5.6k event will be the European team gold medallist Dulce Felix.
In the men's race Commonwealth 10,000m champion Boniface Kiprop heads the field. The Ugandan led last year's race but a lost shoe scuppered his chances.
Kenyan Mike Kegan and Britain's Mike Skinner are already confirmed entries.
Fegan was fifth at the World Cross Country Championship in 2006 and the 23-year-old clocked a slick 13.04 for 5,000m on the track in Brussels last September.
Skinner, meanwhile, finished eighth in international event in Edinburgh recently.
Meanwhile, Sligo's Cullen is determined to make amends for her disappointing 12th place finish in last month's SPAR European Cross Country Championships in Santry.
The surprise winner of that event Hayley Yelling and Portugal's Analia Rosa who was 12th, have already entered Saturday's race.
The event is one of 11 IAAF permitted cross-country races in the world and is part of the UK McCain Cross Challenge Series.
This IAAF event is organised and promoted by Athletics Northern Ireland and sponsored by Antrim Borough Council and McCain.
