Kent-born Dobriskey now competes for Loughborough University
Kent's Commonwealth 1500m champion Lisa Dobriskey thinks she has learned enough lessons from this year's Olympics to go one better at London 2012.
The 24-year-old made tactical errors in Beijing and finished fourth.
"Being at the back of the field is completely different to being in good shape at the front so I just didn't know how to deal with that," she said.
"Hopefully with a bit more time and a bit more tactical awareness I'll get there eventually."
The Ashford runner believes she made a mistake not running in enough high quality races in the build-up to the Games.
"The problem I had going into Beijing was that I had only been in a Golden League race just once before in my life," she said.
She demonstrated her pedigree by winning the British Grand Prix at Gateshead last weekend.
