Kenney admits her win was a surprise (Getty Images)

Loughborough University's Laura Kenney says last week's shock Inter-Counties cross-country title victory has thrown her training plans into confusion.
The event also doubled up as the World cross-country Championship trials and guaranteed her selection for the GB & NI team in Edinburgh later this month.
Kenney, 22, was delighted with the win at Nottingham's Wollaton Park - her first major domestic senior title.
But she said: "This was not in my plans - I was going warm-weather training!"

I can't believe it but I felt so good

Kenney, who took advantage of the absence of two of Britain's top runners Hayley and Liz Yelling to secure the win, added: "I will have to sit down with my coach and talk about the World Championships.
"I can't really believe it - I felt so good, I said to myself to keep going and I won."
The current European Under-23 5000m Champion moved to the front of the field during the second of eight kilometres over the undulating course and timed her finish to perfection.
Royal Sutton Coldfield AC runner Kenney will be joined in the GB and Northern Ireland team by Hayley and Liz Yelling.
Paula Radcliffe, Jo Pavey, Mara Yamauchi and Mo Farah have all declared themselves unavailable for the meeting on March 30, while rising star Stephanie Twell, who was due to lead the junior team, has a back injury.
