Three members of the Great Britain squad that won the Olympic 4x100m relay title in 2004 will link up at the Loughborough International on Sunday.
Jason Gardener, Marlon Devonish and Mark Lewis-Francis will represent England at the opening event of the domestic outdoor season.
Dwayne Grant and Chris Lambert have also been included in the squad.
Scotland, Wales, British Universities Past and Present and a British junior squad are also involved.
England's established trio of gold medallists seem likely to form the backbone of the GB side for this summer's World Championships in Osaka, Japan.
But none can afford to rest on their laurels with a crop of up-and-coming young sprinters, including Craig Pickering, challenging for places.
Jessica Ennis, currently top of this year's world heptathlon rankings after breaking Denise Lewis' UK Under-23 record, will contest the 100m and long jump.
