Cheruiyot set a personal best over 10k in Glasgow

Former world junior cross-country champion Vivian Cheruiyot won the Resolution Asset Management women's 10 kilometres road race in Glasgow.
The 23-year-old Kenyan, runner-up last year, powered away from the field in Bellahouston Park to finish with a time of 32 minutes eight seconds.
Ethiopian Aslech Mergi was 11 seconds behind, with Hilda Kibet in third.
Susan Partridge, returning from injury, led the British challenge, finishing seventh in 34mins 15secs.
The largest women's 10K race in the UK attracted some 15,000 runners to the south side of Glasgow.
