British sprint prospects Craig Pickering and Harry Aikines-Aryeetey
go head to head in the Loughborough International on Sunday.
European junior 100m champion Pickering races for England and Aikines-Aryeetey, winner of last year's world youth title, competes for Great Britain.
The pair could spearhead British medal hopes at the 2012 London Olympics.
Darren Campbell joins Pickering in England's 4x100m squad for the home nations event.
Scotland, Wales, Great Britain and Northern Ireland Juniors, British Students and Loughborough Past and Present are also competing.
Simeon Williamson, Tim Abeyie, Julian Thomas and Rikki Fifton are also in England's team. It will be Campbell's third successive weekend of racing.
"Both (Pickering and Aikines-Aryeetey) have an ideal opportunity to prove they have moved on after a progressive winter training period," said UK Athletics sprints manager John Trower.
"Athletes who are really good progress quickly - whether it be
in sprints, throws or any other events."
Pickering trains with British number one Jason Gardener in Bath, while
Aikines-Aryeetey spent a few weeks training with the USA's Olympic champion, Justin Gatlin, last month.
