El Guerrouj savours his rare Olympic double

Moroccan Double Olympic champion Hicham El Guerrouj believes his golden season can be completed with a world 3,000m record in Brussels on Friday.
The 29-year-old, who became the first athlete since Paavo Nurmi 80 years ago to clinch the 1500m and 5,000m, said: "I haven't slept for four days."
Before a sell out crowd of 47,000 he will bid to lower Kenyan Daniel Komen's 1996 time of seven minutes 20.67.
"I'll give it all I have," said El Guerrouj, who returns home afterwards.
The Moroccan plans to drop the 1500m next season and focus on the 5,000m, hoping to culminate with a world title in Helsinki next year.
