Tergat will do most of his training at his home in Nairobi

World record holder Paul Tergat will race in the Lisbon half marathon next month to prepare for the London Marathon in April.
The Kenyan has set his sights on winning the London title for the first time before his tilt at the Olympic crown.
"The Lisbon half marathon fits in with my plans and I have used it in the
past before running in London," said Tergat.
"It will be the perfect sharpener."
The 34-year-old was fourth in last year's London Marathon after he fell off the pace in a sprint for the line and he has been runner-up twice.
But Tergat will be a strong contender this time around after smashing the world record in Berlin last September, setting a new mark of two hours, four minutes and 55 seconds.
Britain's Matt O'Dowd will also fly out to compete in Lisbon as part of his preparations to Athens.
