Fancy watching Britain's best athletes in action - for free?

Sprinters Dwain Chambers and Mark Lewis-Francis, Colin Jackson, Kelly Holmes and Ashia Hansen are among the stars competing at the AAAs/European Championships at the Alexander Stadium this weekend.
