Emilie Loit claimed her second title in two weeks by beating sixth seed Iveta Benesova in the Estoril Open final.
The in-form Frenchwoman came out on top following two hard-fought sets against her Czech Republic opponent.
Loit, the third seed, led 4-1 in the first set only to win it 7-5 and then led 3-0 and 4-1 in the second before taking that 7-1 in the tie-break.
Loit, now unbeaten in 10 matches, collected her first WTA Tour title last Sunday by winning in Morocco.
"It has been two spectacular weeks," said Loit. "It's been my Grand Slam. I didn't think I could win, but I really tried to.
"I'm very happy with what I have achieved. It's the result of all the work I've been doing the past few weeks."
She added: "Physically I'm extremely tired. I will need a couple of days to get rest.
"But that's normal, because when you're winning you don't think about fatigue. Now it's time to recover."
