Fereti Tuilagi has made little impact at the Arms Park

Fereti Tuilagi has left Cardiff Blues by mutual consent.
The former Samoa international joined the region on a short-term contract from Leicester last summer, but his season has been hampered with injury.
Chief executive Bob Norster told the Blues website: "We are naturally sad to come to this agreement.
"But with only five matches remaining of this season and Freddie continuing to be troubled by injury it is the logical option for both parties."
