Ulster Schools' Trophy 2004

The Renault Schools' Trophy is for those teams that have been knocked out in the first round.

The competition is played in a round robin format with the now well-used points system.

Four points for a win; two points for a draw; bonus point for a team scoring four tries or losing by seven or less points. Should teams be tied on points after the group fixtures the winner will be decided by the following criteria:

1: Most tries scored; 2 Most points scored; 3 Fewest points conceded; 4 Result between the teams; 5 By lots.
