"The only memories I have of England and the English are unpleasant ones. They are so chauvinistic and arrogant."
French forward Imanol Harinordoquy does his best to destroy any "entente cordiale" between England and France.

"If you look at the table then we have been whitewashed but if you study the games then you'll see that we have made progress."
Wales coach Steve Hansen tries to put a brave face on his side's dismal Six Nations record.

French coach Bernard Laporte
Bernard Laporte lets fly - and gets the response he wanted
"We're showing signs of getting better. It's just a pity the tournament is over now."
Scotland's Kenny Logan wishes that the Six Nations could go on for a bit longer.

''Ever since 1985 we have been beaten physically by Scotland, but we had aimed not to wilt today."
Gary Longwell after Ireland win at Murrayfield for the first time since 1985.

"I think we tried to overcomplicate things. We tried to offload balls that weren't on. It was a bizarre game."
Mike Tindall tries to analyze England's lacklustre performance against Italy.

"If we don't all sing from the same hymn sheet and declare we will not give away points then we will never get there. I said this team had soul - today it doesn't possess one"
French coach Bernard Laporte is not impressed with his side's performance against Ireland.

"Overall, though, I think the players reacted well to the criticism directed at them for their performance against the Irish."
Laporte does a u-turn after a much improved performance against Wales.
