Ndungane scored a try in each half for the Springbok XV

A seriously depleted Springbok XV left it until the second half to turn on the style on their way to a 36-7 win over a Namibian Invitation XV in Windhoek.

Only three first-choice Boks, including captain John Smit, played in the team's only warm-up game before the series against the British and Irish Lions.

Odwa Ndungane scored in each half, with Jean de Villiers and replacements Juan Smith and Johann Muller also scoring.

Prop Kees Lensing scored the only Namibian try in the first half.
