Nottingham have put together a run of nine straight wins

Nottingham Rugby captain Craig Hammond says his team will put in a strong performance at Exeter despite wage cuts due to the club's financial crisis.

Hammond told the club website: "There is such a strong bond between the players and that is the reason we have all stuck together."

Matt Parr, Tim Usaz, Lee Morley, Dan Montagu and Alex Dodge will return to the starting line-up on Saturday.

A victory would be the 10th in succession for Nottingham.

Hammond added: "I know when I walk onto the field on Saturday there will be 22 of my mates right behind me desperate to win for each other and Nottingham.

"We are proud of what we have achieved so far but there is plenty more to come from this group and we are all in it together."
