Felipe Contepomi has recovered from flu and will start at inside centre as Argentina select an unchanged starting XV to face Scotland on Saturday.
The 30-year-old Leinster star will partner twin brother Manuel in the World Cup quarter-final in Paris.
Pumas coach Marcelo Loffreda has made one change on the bench.
London Irish number eight Juan Martin Leguizamon, who missed the Ireland game because of injury, returns in place of Martin Durand.

They have not lost to Scotland since 1990 and have risen to fourth in the IRB world rankings.
The match takes place at the Stade de France, where the Pumas secured a stunning victory over hosts France in the tournament's opening match.
