Peden quits Broncos
Bill Peden has shocked the London Broncos by retiring in order to take up a coaching role with his former club Newcastle Knights.

The forward had recently announced his intention to play on for one last year.

But a three-year contract with the Knights was "too good to turn down" according to Broncos chief executive Nic Cartwright.

"Whilst we don't like to see him go, he goes with our very best wishes," Cartwright added.
