Super Smith signs new Hull deal
Jason Smith offloads for Hull
Smith is a former State of Origin player
Hull have been given a massive lift with the news that inspirational skipper Jason Smith has agreed to prolong his stay at the Boulevard.

Smith had hinted his career was drawing to a close, but the 30-year-old Australian has decided to extend his contract until 2004.

"To be able to retain the services of one of the best players ever to play the game of rugby league is a major coup," said Hull coach Shaun McRae.

Smith added: "The support that I have received at the Boulevard has been a major factor in my extension of my contract."
