Mini rugby league
Mini rugby league

Mini league is the best way of getting into the wonderful world of rugby league without the big hits.

If you are under nine, it is the perfect way to begin your quest for Super League stardom.

Instead of playing with 13 players, mini league is played with nine.

This means there are no scrums, no kicking or big-hitting tackles.

It is really simple and a great way of learning all the basic passing, catching and running skills.

And it is not just for boys - more and more girls are getting into the game through mini league.

If you want to start playing, tell your teacher or get in contact with your local development officer.
