GB divers savour Beijing success

GB's female diving members

GB's divers are celebrating a string of successes at the recent Olympic qualifying event in Beijing. These photos taken by team members, friends and family tell the story of their week.

Athens 2004 Olympic silver medallist Peter Waterfield (who usually dives with Taylor) also gained Olympic pre-selection to Team GB after a brilliant eighth place in the 10m individual

Sarah Barrow (top) and Monique McCarroll performed brilliantly in their World Cup debut to secure another GB Olympic place after finishing seventh in the 10m synchro final

Blake Aldridge and Tom Daley

Blake Aldridge and Daley (above) won a stunning bronze in the 10m synchro. Overall, GB secured places in all four synchro teams (3m and 10m men and women) and six individual spots

Performance Director Steve Foley said the World Cup may be GB's greatest ever diving result. The future's bright. Daley and his team-mates will be in action again in June's Olympic trials
