Williams have produced seven world champions and won nine constructors' titles
EDDIE JORDAN'S 2012 VIEW
"It's been so sad to see a team as great as Williams struggling around at the back of the field for the last couple of seasons. "You can trace the decline right back to the departure of Adrian Newey at the end of 1996 - and it's clear now that the reason Williams were so strong through the 1990s was because he and then technical director Patrick Head made such a strong partnership. "With Head and team boss Frank Williams stepping back from their day-to-day involvement and the team losing technical director Sam Michael and veteran racer Rubens Barrichello, clawing their way back will be tough." New signing Bruno Senna has a lot to do, but they have shown encouraging signs in testing so hopefully this season will be an improvement."
MEET THE BOSS - SIR FRANK WILLIAMS
What is F1's biggest challenge? It was its credibility in the light of climate change and the excessive use of fossil fuels. That black cloud seems to be dissipating now, however, as we work hard at making the sport sustainable. Over the past few years, there have been a number of useful and interesting technical spin offs from F1, namely Kers and the ongoing use of advanced aerodynamic materials. As a sport, we always have to keep working at ensuring we provide an outstanding and unique spectacle for the fans as well.

No answer, I don't want to look pompous! The best piece of advice I've received is
From Bernie when I first came into F1 - "keep your head down, say little, do much." Wheeler-dealer or techie? Other.
