Dominant Neal extends BTCC lead
Matt Neal stretched his lead in the British Touring Car Championship with three consistent drives at Oulton Park.

He claimed a win and two second places on an afternoon that saw his main rivals all falter.

Jason Plato won round 10 from pole but finished 10th and third in the other races, while Dan Eaves and Yvan Muller both endured disappointing days.

Tom Chilton kept a cool head in wet conditions to win round 12 and claim his first victory of the season.

Plato won the first of Sunday's three races at the Cheshire track.

The SEAT driver led from start to finish, but in the closing laps came under intense pressure from Honda's Neal.

In round 11 Neal held off Vauxhall's Muller, team-mate Eaves and MG's Rob Collard.
