Cesar Monasterio hit a final-round 67 to come from five shots back to win the St Omer Open in France.
The Argentine, 42, clinched his first European Tour title one stroke ahead of overnight leader Henrik Nystrom of Sweden and South African Martin Maritz.
Monasterio began on six under, and after Nystrom double-bogeyed the 1st the Argentine hit four birdies and an eagle to finish 10 under.
England's David Dixon and Jamie Little tied for sixth place on seven under.
Lancashire golfer Paul Dwyer, who lost in a play-off at this event last year, was one shot further back, while Shaun Webster from Sussex, who started the day in third place on eight under, hit five bogies to finish in 10th place on five under.
Monasterio's prize for winning the event, which is co-sanctioned by the European Tour and the Challenge Tour, is a year's exemption from the European Tour along with a cheque for 66,660 euros (£45,499).
