Walsall reject offer for Taylor
Walsall have rejected an approach from Carlisle for midfielder Kris Taylor.

Carlisle boss Paul Simpson wanted to sign the 21-year-old, who is currently on loan at Conference rivals Burton Albion, on a permanent basis.

Saddlers boss Paul Merson feels Taylor still has a role to play at Walsall when he returns from Burton where he will have his loan stay extended.

Meanwhile, Walsall's Brazilian striker Herivelto has had his contract terminated to allow him to return home.
