Swansea City manager Roberto Martinez has been named as League One's manager of the month for January.
Martinez has won the League One gong three times this season
Martinez beat off the challenge of Cheltenham's Keith Downing, Sean O'Driscoll of Doncaster and Northampton's Stuart Gray.
The Swans' last loss in the league they lead by 10 points was 16 November, with four wins and two draws in January.
Martinez also claimed the prize in December and October in an impressive first full season in charge.
Martinez said that the prize was a tribute to everyone at Swansea City.
"It's always nice to get an award, but I'll take it for all the staff and players at the club, it's an extra boost for us," he told BBC Sport Wales.
"Consistency is the hardest thing to achieve in sport, and to have won the prize in consecutive months is a great reward for us."
