Scottish Premier League newcomers St Johnstone have signed Dave MacKay and Murray Davidson from Livingston for a fee in the region of £50,000.
Defender MacKay, 29, and midfielder Davidson, 21, have signed two and three-year deals with the McDiarmid Park outfit, respectively.
MacKay previously spent six years at Dens Park, while Davidson came through the youth system at Almondvale.
Dundee manager Jocky Scott made a bid for the two players last week.
