Rodgers rejects new Shrews offer
Shrewsbury are steeling themselves to lose striker Luke Rodgers after he rejected a new deal.

The Shrews will demand a fee for the 23-year-old who has scored 73 goals in 200 appearances since coming through the club's youth system.

Boss Gary Peters told Shrews website: "He feels the time is right to leave and so hasn't accepted the offer and will seek a new club."

Shrews offer of a new deal will remain on the table to Rodgers.
