McGregor set for Port Vale switch
Mark McGregor
McGregor moved to Bloomfield Road from Burnley in 2004
Blackpool defender Mark McGregor is poised to join Port Vale.

McGregor has opened talks with Vale boss Martin Foyle about a permanent move to the Potteries club.

And a deal for the 28-year-old, who has previously played for Wrexham and Burnley, is expected to be concluded within the next 24 hours.

McGregor has started 62 games for Blackpool since signing from Burnley in July, 2004 but has slipped down the pecking order under boss Simon Grayson.
