Morton sack McCormack
Morton have sacked their manager John McCormack after just five games of the league season.

A statement released by the club on Friday evening confirmed that McCormack and his assistant Stephen Frail had had their contracts ended.

Morton are currently fourth in the Second Division, six points behind league leaders Stirling Albion.

Last season, the club threw away a huge lead at the top of the league and failed to get promotion.
