Boro unveil Zenden
Boudewijn Zenden celebrates after the Carling Cup final
Middlesbrough have confirmed the signing of Bolo Zenden, who has agreed a one-year deal after completing a free transfer from Chelsea.

The midfielder spent last season on loan at the Riverside, three years after arriving at Stamford Bridge for 7.5m from Barcelona.

He quickly established himself as a Boro first-team regular, scoring four goals in 31 league appearances.

Zenden becomes Middlesbrough's fifth signing of the close season.

he follows Michael Reiziger, Mark Viduka, Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and Ray Parlour in signing for the Carling Cup champions.

He is expected to be the final signing of Boro's summer spree.
