Perryman feels that Hiley is the right man for the Exeter job

Director of football Steve Perryman and player-coach Scott Hiley have taken temporary charge at Exeter City following Eamonn Dolan's departure.
The pair will be in control for Saturday's game against Carlisle.
But Perryman believes Hiley should take over as player-manager, despite not having formally applied for the job.
"I would prefer Scottie to be in charge. He's an up and coming man at this club, with lots of history and credibility," he told BBC Radio Devon.
"Exeter need a manager at the helm who's very much interested in getting the next result, or the year's results, with people like me helping behind the scenes and caring for the next generation of players.
"I feel Scott would be ideal, no doubt," Perryman added.
