Cahill will play for Australia in the Olympics

Millwall's Tim Cahill has completed his move to Everton on a four-year deal.
Cahill has joined the Merseyside club for a fee believed to be in the region of £2m after a similar move to Crystal Palace collapsed last week.
Everton put aside boardroom problems to move for the Australian midfielder, who passed a medical and signed for the Merseyside club on Friday.
The 25-year-old had been with Millwall for seven years after signing from Australian side Sydney United.
But Everton will be without Cahill for the beginning of the season as he has been selected for the Australian team competing in the Athens Olympics.
Cahill scored 57 goals for Millwall in 249 appearances for the London club.
