Droylsden manager Dave Pace has added former Southport and Barrow boss Phil Wilson to his backroom staff.
Gary Bauress, who played under Wilson at both clubs and at Stalybridge has also joined the Bloods as a coach.
"We have to make sure we are ready for a big push in January and these are two good additions which suite both parties," Pace told BBC Sport.
Meanwhile, ex-Crewe and Southport defender Adam Dugdale, 20, has agreed a pre-contract agreement with the club.
Wilson, who lost his job at Barrow last month, and Bauress replace Steve Mungall and Wayne Henderson, who have left the Butcher's Arms.
Pace also plans to bring in a number of new players during the transfer window to follow Dugdale's arrival on 1 January.
