Keeper Williams joins Carlisle
Carlisle United boss Paul Simpson has completed his first signing of the summer with the capture of former Grimsby goalkeeper Anthony Williams.

The 27-year-old has agreed a two-year deal at Brunton Park after rejecting a new offer from the Mariners.

Williams was an ever-present in League Two for Grimsby last season after joining the club from Hartlepool.

Simpson made his move for the former Wales under-21 international after Matt Glennon left the Cumbrians.
