Brighton have signed winger Albert Jarrett, 19, on a three-year contract after a successful trial spell.
Seagulls boss Mark McGhee said: "Albert's direct, he's quick and delivers a good ball. We think he's probably got a goal in him as well.
"We see a player with potential. He fits the profile of our other young players breaking into the first team."
Jarrett said: "I am sure I will learn here. There are some good players here and the training is good."
Born in Sierra Leone, the teenager played nine times for Wimbledon (now Milton Keynes Dons) before being released in the summer.
