Dundee United have completed the signing of former Rangers and Hibernian midfielder Russell Latapy until the end of the season.

New United boss Ian McCall unveiled Latapy as his first signing for the Tannadice club at a media conference on Friday.

The former Trinidad & Tobago international only featured in a handful of games for Rangers this season and was allowed to leave Ibrox in January before his terms expired in the summer.
