Ross County 2-1 Morton

Morton's fight against relegation will go down to the final day after Andrew Barrowman's stoppage-time winner for Scottish Cup finalists Ross County.

The home side went ahead when Richard Brittain picked up a Barrowman pass and fired into the top corner from 12 yards after 26 minutes in Dingwall.

David Witteveen, on loan from Hearts, netted his fifth goal in six games with a neat lob to equalise.

But Barrowman fired into the bottom corner from the edge of the box.

The striker's first goal in 14 games ended a run of six without a win for County, sealing their first victory since ousting Celtic in the Cup semi-final at Hampden Park.

Morton, meanwhile, now sit only a point ahead of Airdrie United, who leapfrogged Ayr United with a 1-0 win away to Raith Rovers.

On Saturday, the Greenock side host Ayr, who could draw level with Morton if they win their game in hand against Ross County on Wednesday, while Airdrie are at home to Dunfermline Athletic.

Whoever finishes bottom will be automatically relegated, while the second-bottom side will face a play-off against three clubs from Division Two.
