East Fife 1-2 Queen's Park


Queen's Park picked up their first Division Two win of the season with a victory in Methil that leaves promotion favourites East Fife near the bottom.

Adam Coakley crossed for Ross Dunlop to tap in after 12 minutes with the Fifers claiming for offside.

Chris Templeman headed the Fifers level a minute later when he climbed to meet Dougie Cameron's corner.

Coakley beat Willie McCulloch with a cool finish before sending another effort off the bar after the break.

East Fife: McCulloch, Nugent, Smart, Fotheringham, Stanik, Young, Linn, Stewart (O'Reilly 71), Cameron, Stephen Crawford (McManus 63), Templeman.
Subs Not Used: McDonald, Campbell, Brown.

Goals: Templeman 13.

Queen's Park: Crawford, Ure, Sinclair (Agostini 68), Brough, Douglas, McGrady (Holmes 61), Harkins, Quinn, Dunlop, Coakley (Dunn 80), Neill.
