Championship side Southend have been handed an away draw against Tottenham in the Carling Cup quarter-finals.
The tie is Southend's reward for dumping out holders Manchester United with a 1-0 victory at Roots Hall.
There are two all-Premiership matches, with Liverpool hosting Arsenal and Newcastle entertaining Chelsea.
The last game sees League Two side Wycombe travelling to Charlton, with the games all set to be played in the week commencing 18 December.
