Anderlecht 3-0 TNS (6-1 agg)

The New Saints
The New Saints were facing an uphill struggle after the first leg

Romelu Lukaku struck twice in five minutes to end any hope of the The New Saints' progressing further in the Champions League.

Tom de Sutter grabbed the opening goal after 17 minutes firing through the legs of keeper Paul Harrison.

Lukaku, a 59th-minute substitute, took just 10 minutes to make an impact sending home Jan Lecjaks' cross.

He quickly added his second firing into the top left-hand corner after turning on the edge of the box.

The New Saints now drop into the Europa League where they could face the likes of Manchester City, Aston Villa, Porto and Borussia Dortmund.
