Bournemouth 2-0 Wycombe
On-loan Leeds striker Warren Feeney rifled home a second-half goal to give Bournemouth a 2-0 victory against Wycombe.

The win maintains the Cherries' play-offs hopes and leaves Wanderers facing the threat of relegation.

Goalkeeper Martin Taylor had been Wycombe's hero before the interval - saving a penalty from Scottish Under-21 midfielder Richard Hughes after 35 minutes.

Claus Jorgensen was bundled over in the area by Jason Cousins. Hughes stepped up to take the spot-kick but Taylor dived to his left to save.

But after 63 minutes, Lawrie Sanchez's defence caved in as Feeney beat the offside trap to produce a clinical finish inside the right-hand post for his fourth goal since joining the Cherries.

Wade Elliott added a well-deserved second six minutes later when he ran on to finish after Steve Fletcher's flick.

Only a brilliant save from Taylor in the dying seconds prevented substitute Chukkie Eribenne from adding a late third as Bournemouth romped to their seventh victory in eight matches.

Bournemouth: Stewart, Broadhurst, Tindall, Howe, Elliott, Carl Fletcher, Hughes, Jorgensen, Feeney, Hayter, Steve Fletcher. Subs: Eribenne, O'Connor, Narada, Purches, Smith.

Wycombe: Taylor, Marsh, Vinnicombe, Cousins, McCarthy, Bates, Ryan, Simpson, Brown, Bulman, Whittingham. Subs: Lee, Carroll, Senda, Essandoh, Clegg.

Referee: P Prosser (Innsworth)
