Berbatov looked in impressive form at St Andrews

Tottenham's £10m striker Dimitar Berbatov scored twice in his side's 2-0 win at Birmingham.
Berbatov, who joined from Bayer Leverkusen in the summer, was part of a three-man strikeforce along with Jermain Defoe and Robbie Keane.
Berbatov opened the scoring when he took a Hossam Ghaly ball on his chest and volleyed past keeper Maik Taylor.
The Bulgarian was again set up by Ghaly for his second when he took the ball down and unleashed a ferocious drive.
