Donald will join a team headed by former South African team-mate Gary Kirsten as he prepares to share skills learned as a one-time pace great.
Donald said: "It is a huge honour and privilege to work with Gary and the professional cricketers.
"I plan to take the next crop of South African cricketers to the next level of intense competition."
