Hampshire's Friends Provident Trophy clash against Ireland in County Londonderry is not currently in doubt, reports BBC Radio Solent.
The club have confirmed they are taking advice from the England and Wales Cricket Board, who are monitoring the situation in Northern Ireland.
This follows the murders of two soldiers and a policeman in the towns of Antrim and Craigavon respectively.
The match is due to be played at Eglington on Sunday, 10 May.
