Donna Fraser heads the field at the UK Athletics Challenge final in Manchester on Saturday.
The 32-year-old, who won bronze in the 4x400m relay at the World Championships last month, will be competing in both the 200m and 400m.
AAA indoor pole vault champion Ashley Swain will want to show that he should win a place at the Commonwealth Games.
Swain damaged a disC in his back in February and is aiming to move above fourth in the England rankings.
European Cup 400m hurdles gold medal winner Liz Fairs, hammer thrower Andy Frost and veteran shot-putter Mark Proctor will also be bidding to make their mark.
