Winners will be notified in writing by 30 June 2001.

An independent panel of qualified PE teachers will judge the competition.
The country has been divided into 12 geographical regions - your school will have been given details as to which region it's in - or you can check here.
Every region will have a winner in each of the media categories - they will all receive a special Passion for Sport certificate signed by Live and Kicking presenter Ortis and Olympic medallist Darren Campbell.
There will be an overall winner from each of the twelve regions - they will win a VIP trip to watch the BBC show A Question of Sport being recorded and can take two guests including a guardian/parent along with them.
An overall winner will be chosen from the regional winners. They will receive £250 in prize money and their school will win a visit for the day from Olympic athlete Darren Campbell.
The prizes will be awarded to the competitors who have, in the opinion of the judges, demonstrated their passion for sport in an interesting and creative way.
Every school that submits more than 50 entries will automatically receive two free BBC sport videos and one book.
