Quite simply, if this was strictly on a tournament for latent ability, we’d all give Ronnie O'Sullivan the cup now.

He's probably the most naturally talented player I’ve ever seen, which doesn’t always equate into the greatest winner.

That’s the thing and he hasn’t really done himself justice in the World Championship over the last few years.

He nearly came close to winning when he lost in probably the best snooker match I’ve seen against Stephen Hendry in the semi-final a couple of years ago.

But if he turns up on the day with the right head screwed on the right way round, he could easily win the tournament.
