Engine
An F1 engine is a miracle of modern engineering. The best of these three-litre V10s rev to over 18,000rpm and produce more than 820bhp. On top of that, they weigh less than 100kg. To put that into perspective, it is twice the capacity of a family saloon, but it produces about three times as many revs and around eight times more power. And it's less than half the weight. |
